Favorite Product: Anatomic Figure of 8 Noseband Snaffle with Stitching
I've been with CWD for over six years now, and I use them for all my saddles and quite a bit of my tack. I've had other saddle sponsors, but what I really like about CWD is instead of doing a generic fitting to the horse or rider, they really listen to what I want out of the saddle not only for my horses but for myself too. At this point in my career, I know what fit I am comfortable in and they go above and beyond to make sure my needs are met, no matter how untraditional. I've never had one issue with any saddle I've gotten from them, and the leather workmanship has really been evident in the lack of tears or wearing thin over time. They have always been proactive about upgrading me and making sure I was using their latest technology, as well. I know with CWD that my connection with every horse that I ride will be to my liking and allow me to focus on the competition. |
Favorite Product: Equithrive Joint
I've been using Equithrive since 2012, and I was introduced to the supplement from a vet who is also a racetrack trainer in Kentucky. I've been very pleased with it as a supplement and seen clear results in my horses from it. It's a great maintenance product for any level of horse, and it's also easy to feed. The scientific testing they have done, including double-blind studies and ADA accreditation is second to none in the equestrian industry and something I really appreciate as someone that takes a lot of interest in making sure I am giving my horses the right products. |
Favorite Store: Supplement Store
FarmVet is the company I have had the longest relationship with. They initially sponsored me when I first became a professional and they were looking for up and coming riders and they have been a fantastic company to work with. FarmVet as a business has really helped revolutionize horse showing because it can really be a one-stop shop for everything you need for your barn, from supplements to medications to horse care. They have a great consistency from show to show with their mobile trailers and stores. I always know when I walk in I will be able to get the particular high quality products I need from a friendly staff knowledgable about all the FEI and National regulations. FarmVet has been there for me numerous times in my career. In 2015, I qualified at the last minute for the CSIO week in Ocala, so we took four horses up and a couple things got overlooked in the rush to pack and were left in Wellington. Luckily, FarmVet has their great trailer in Ocala, so I was able to get everything I forgot for both my National and FEI horses competing that week and not have to worry about it as I went and competed. |
Favorite Product: Shadowmatt Bleu
I was one of the first North American riders sponsored by Samshield in 2013 and I have been wearing only their helmets and gloves ever since. In my career, I've used every helmet out there; there are even some good old pictures of me with the velvet ones. Samshield is the most comfortable helmet by far that I've worn. They are long lasting, and the insert foam is easy to clean and durable. The gloves are also very comfortable and more breathable compared to others. They also last quite well, unless someone at the barn borrows them and I never see them again. With Samshield helmets, you fit in well at the horse show as everyone else wears them too. When I first started wearing them, you would see them occasionally but they weren't nearly as popular as they are now, which I think speaks a lot for the product. Trends come and go, but it's clear that these helmets last and their ubiquity speaks to how well made of a product they are. |
